refunded, less a $50 administrative charge.
Between June 14 and July 1: Cancellations received in writing will
receive a 50 percent refund, less a $50 administrative charge.
After July 1: There will be no refunds for cancellations. Attendee
substitutions are accepted at no cost at any time.
